The new generational high-performance assembly ROBOT with DD motors
Adoption of DD motors and digital servo assures higher repeatability and higher acceleration characteristics.
This ROBOT can handle a wide variety of applications in assembly lines of electrical parts and precise mechanical parts by plentiful software functions.
By the construction that DD motors are directly connected to the ROBOT arms, the mechanical structure is greatly simplified and the reliability is sharply enhanced.
The backlash and hysterisis in the drive system is eliminated. A high-resolution pulse coder ( 800,000 ppr ) also contributes to high repeatability +/-0.01mm ( based on JIS B6330 testing ).
The A-600's high-speed operation and fast positioning capability make it ideal for pick and place application.
A-600 can handle up to max. 6kg work, and can be also applied to mechanical parts assembly and handling.
The adoption of a fully electronic absolute position detection system eliminates the zero return operation after power on. This permits instant automatic startups.
The ROBOT's mechanical system is equipped with the mastering function which keeps the ROBOT's coordinate system to be precisely set for visual sensors or off-line programming system.
A-600 adopts fully digital servo system, and optimum control characteristics which ensures high servo rigidity allowing stable, vibration-free features even at high speed.
