6 axes, compact and versatile mini robot
The robot is able to be widely applied for the aplications requiring greater manual dexterity, like arc welding, deburring, or assembling.
Faster motion speed of wrist axes ( up to 480 degrees / second ) reduces cycle time and increases productivity in arc welding or deburring application.
Highly rigid structure inherited from LR Mate 100i, provides high quality works.
All cables are installed inside the mechanical unit. IP 54 level drip-proof protection can be selected ( option ).
Almost same size of body and exactly same footprintand wrist interface as LR Mate 100i provide common system design environment.
Controller is also common to LR Mate 100i. Same operation and programming can be employed.
