The high speed capability permits the robot to reduce cycle time and improve productivity in arc welding and deburring, by turning the tool rapidly. The new LR Mate 200i features as high rigidity as LR Mate 100i, which allows rigid and robust motion against reaction force in deburring and produces high quality job. The robot is designed to offer high reliability and a smart look, in its compact structure with no cable exposure. The new model features about the same human-arm build as the LR Mate 100i.
