The FANUC ROBOT M-MODEL 100 is a high-speed general purpose cylindrical coordinate robor for handling operations.
It features a broad selection of operating ranges to accomodate a wide diversity of uses and comes with a choice of wrist options to meet exact operating needs.
Together with the newly developed FANUC SYSTEM R MODEL G2 controller, the M100 is ready to contribute significantly to Factory Automation today and on into the future.
Six operating ranges can be selected to match specific application needs. Selection is accomplished through combination of the stroke settings : vertical 550 / 1300 mm, extension 500 / 800 / 1100 mm.
Three type of hand attachment are offered for applications involving the loading and unloading of machined parts: Centripetal, push and rotation mechanisms.
A rugged mechanical structure has been achieved through the adoption of high-precision reducer system. This enables the attainment of an outstanding repeatability of +/- 0.5 mm - better than all other handling robots available.
The adoption of a digitally driven AC servomotor enables not only PTP positioning but also linear positioning and circular control.
A palletising function is available for easy instruction of parts palletizing and depalletizing tasks.
