FANUC Robot M Model 16i ( M16iL )
High performance ROBOT for various operations
M-16i can handle large and heavy workpieces ( 16kg at wrist ).
Combining top speed with rigidity and flexability M-16i and the long arm version M-16iL are ideally suited for a wide variety of manufacturing processes including handling, dispensing, deburring and water jet cutting.
High payload :
The robot can carry 16kg of payload ( 33% increase over former model ) and has a load inertia 160% higher than for former model. Additionally end effector control equipment weighing max. 20kg can be mounted at J3 housing and max. 30kg on J2 base.
Large operating range :
A vertical stroke of 2770 mm and horozontal stroke of 1074 mm allows to handle large size workpieces. Inverted mounting, flip over of J3 axis bring a huge workspace into the robots reach. The long arm type M-16iL has 1813 mm reach.
Application specific options :
With the severe dust / liquid protection package of the dust-proof and drip-proof structure ( option ) the robot can be used under severe environment like diecast handling etc.
