An industrial ROBOT for palletising and high-speed handling applications
It has a wide motion range and no interference behind robot.
The M-400 is used for various kinds of applications such as handling boxes, bags, printed matters and foods.
And the M-400 is ready to contribute significantly to Factory Automation today and on into the future.
Two wrists are offered with respective load capacities of 50kg ( 4 - axes ) abd 35kg ( 5 - axes ).
The M-400 has a broad operating range : vertical stroke 1850 mm, extension 1435 mm.
The low base structure allows to palletise packages on the pallet which is directly placed on the floor.
Small installing area ( 670 mm x 670 mm ).
The adoption of a digitally driven AC servomotor enables not only PTP positioning but also linear positioning and circular control.
Adopt absolute pulse coder to realise full automatic operations.
A palletising function is available for easy instruction of parts palletizing and depalletizing tasks.
