High-speed Mid-weight Handling ROBOT with flexible motion
6 axis vertically articulated type robot with a maximum wrist load capacity of 45 kg.
The robot can handle a load of 10 kg on its J3 casing. ( when wrist load is 40 kg. ) With a work envelope that works close into the robot and flexible motion with flip over, peripheral equipment can be installed under high-density conditions and the total system can be built very compact.
The fully sealed compact wrist can enter into narrow spaces and dirty environments easily,
Shortened cycle time is supported by high motion speed of all axes and by introducing advanced motion control technology.
Solutions for each application are prepared as packages ( option )
- Die cast package with waterproof option,
- Handling package with ease of wiring and piping for the gripper,
- High duty package suitable for press to press handling.
The robot can be installed on the floor or wall, suspended from the ceiling or inclined at any angle.
The robot is controlled by the R-J2 controller, which is used for the latest FANUC robots. It is integrated with the mechanical unit.
