High-speed middle weight handling robot with flexible motion
6 axis vertically articulated type robot with max. wrist load capacity of 70 kg.
The robot can handle a load of 10 kg on its J3 casing. ( when wrist load is 60 kg )
The work envelope permits work close to the robot. Flexible motion with flip over of J3 allows to install peripheral equipment under high-density conditions and build the total system very compact.
With its fully sealed compact wrist the robot can enter into narrow spaces and dirty environments easily,
Shortened cycle time is supported by each axis motion speed increasing and the introducion of advanced motion control technology.
Solutions for each application are prepared as packages ( option )
- Severe Dust / Liquid Protection with a waterproof option,
- High duty package suitable for press to press handling.
- User interface option with the free user cable integrated in the mechanical unit ( User signal, User power )
The robot can be installed on the floor or suspended from the ceiling.
The robot is controlled by the R-J2 controller, which is used for the latest FANUC robots. It is integrated with the mechanical unit.
