FEATURES :

A superbly rugged mechanical structure and outstanding rigidity have been achieved through the adoption of carefully selected mechanical components and a high-precision reducer system. Together they enable superior repeatability of +/-0.5 mm under various operating conditions.

A
large range of movement has been secured by coupling the high-precision rotary reducer with the arm drive module.

The adoption of a fully electronic absolute positioning system eliminates the need for zero return operations after power on. This permits instant, automatic startups.

Each axis is equipped with a brake. In the event of malfunction or power failure, the robot position is automatically maintained.

The robot's mechanical system is equipped with mastering functions which keep the robot's coordinate system at a constant. Program compatibility is maintained even if another robot is substituted, and the coordinate system is precisely set for visual sensors or offline programming.
